For your consideration, we are offering for sale this unused Late 1990s Waterman L'etalon Blue Lacquer Mechanical Pencil in Mint Condition. I consider this pencil to have never been used, mint, and working condition.

The cap and barrel are excellent with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. There are no monograms or personalizations to the pencil. This Waterman L'etalon Pencil measures 5 1/2" inches in length.

There are no dings, dents, lacquer loss, or wear to the pencil. The pencil has the original unused eraser and lead inside the pencil. The cap and barrel lip area is stamped with, "Waterman Paris France". The pencil is a twist-click type, hold the cap with one hand and twist the barrel with the other hand to propel the lead from the nose cone - you will hear it click once the lead propels forward.

The Waterman L'etalon uses 0.5mm leads and comes with two sticks.
